A Proposal for Kore

The Wave & The Vessel

A reel carried further than anything you had made, and opened a window most people never get. This is the plan for everything we build inside it.

The wave already came. Now we build what holds it.

Something opened this month. The princess reel went where none of your others had gone and the ones after it followed, which means a lot of people have just found out you exist. That is the hard part, and it is already done. The window it opened is wide and it is open now.

What lives inside that window is everything a person can be invited into after they watch. Some of it is already running: a ManyChat account, a resource people opt in for, a challenge somebody can buy today. The rest is unbuilt, which at this exact moment is a good position to be in, because it means every piece we add compounds against traffic that is already arriving.

What I'm feeling is excitement and divine alignment.

Your words, on our call

Trust that. It is the part nobody else can bring, and it is the reason the rest is worth building well. What we bring is the direction. We have taken this exact shape of moment and turned it into a business more than once, and we arrive with the map already drawn: where a funnel narrows, which offer belongs at the end of it, what to build first and what can wait. You know what you are here to say. The plan is where those two meet.

So: the automations that catch the next piece before it travels, a resource worth handing over an address for, the email that finally introduces what you offer, the offers themselves, and one system underneath all of it, so that none of this has to be held in your head.

The Whole Of It

Attention arrives. Something has to hold it.

The wave is the only part of this you cannot inherently build for, and it is the part you already have. Everything to the right of it is buildable, and none of it is built yet.

You are not starting from nothing.

The audience

A room that filled itself

People arrived because the work was good, not because anything was spent to put it in front of them. That is the hardest kind of attention to buy and the easiest kind to lose. It is also the kind that converts, because nobody was interrupted into being there.

The assets

More than you think

A ManyChat account with a new follower automation already running. A transmission out in the world that people opt in for. A shelf of pre recorded meditations sitting unused. A studio in Fort Collins with the whole setup. None of it needs to be invented, only pointed somewhere.

The offer

Something already for sale

The challenge exists and people can buy it today. What it has never had is a page that does it justice, a sequence that introduces it, or anything sitting beneath it that is easy to say yes to. The work of the next month is mostly connective.

Every piece on that list is doing less than it could, and not one of them is broken. They have simply never been wired to each other. That is not a talent problem or a content problem. It is a systems problem, and it happens to be the one thing on this list that somebody outside of you can solve.

The systems are not the opposite of the medicine. They are what keeps you in the seat it comes through.

Outer Presence

The Engagement

The Growth Retainer

4 pieces of machinery, 1 system holding them, and 8 pieces of content a month feeding the whole of it.

This is the ongoing side of what Outer Presence does. It is not a project with a finish line, it is the machinery of a business that runs every month and compounds. Below is exactly what sits inside it.

What we build and run

ManyChat automation

The catch. Comment to DM on every piece worth it, not only on new followers, with logic that reads like a person checking in rather than a bot firing a link. Built properly the first time, so the next piece that travels has something underneath it. This is the single most urgent item on the page and the reason we start this week rather than next month.

Lead magnet creation

The trade. A free resource good enough that receiving it makes the paid thing obvious. The first one comes out of what you already have, because the meditations and the transmission are assets sitting there unused. After that we design them properly, to the standard of something you would charge for, because the thought we want in somebody's head is precise: if this is what she gives away, what is inside the thing she sells.

Email marketing

The relationship. Kit becomes the home for all of it, everything migrated out of Stan so nothing stays stranded. Then a real first campaign to the people already on that list, most of whom have never been told what you offer. After that, sequences that keep giving before they ask, tagged by what brought each person in, so somebody who came through a meditation is never sent the wrong thing.

Offer development

The shape. What the challenge becomes, what sits below it that somebody can say yes to without a decision, and what sits above it for the people who want to go all the way in. We ideate these together and we build them out. This is the piece that decides whether any of the rest turns into revenue, and it is the one you cannot outsource entirely, because the offer has to be something you actually want to deliver.

8 pieces of content a month

2 a week, edited to the full standard: cinematic grade, custom captions, B roll sourced against your notes, sound treated. Turnaround runs 24 to 72 hours once a file lands with us. Batching is what makes it fast, so filming 10 to 15 in one block gets you the most out of the month.

The organization system

A Notion workspace built for this business specifically, holding the content tracker, the email map, the offer library and whatever else the work turns out to need. This is the piece I did not mention on the call and it may end up being the one you feel the most. It gets its own section below.

The Content

Everything here is downstream of what you post.

Nothing else on this page works if the content slows down. The funnel has nothing to fill it, the list stops growing, and the offers go in front of the same people twice. Instagram rewards rhythm more than it rewards perfection, and 4 to 5 posts a week, Monday through Friday, is what it is actually asking for. We produce 8 of those a month at full quality, 2 a week. The other 2 or 3 come from you, and that is deliberate: we teach you a fast edit and hand over the templates, so a piece can go from raw to posted in one short sitting.

How a week actually fills

2 a week, from us

The robust ones, and the pieces we expect to travel. You film, you drop, and you drive. Everything after that is ours: the edit, the cinematic grade, the custom captions, the B roll sourced against your notes, the sound, and the caption copy that goes out with it.

2 or 3 a week, from you

Not our edit, and not meant to be. This is where you get to be loose with it: the thought that arrives at midnight, the raw and unfiltered share, the thing that would lose something by going through a process at all. A fast edit and the templates make it cost you a short sitting, and this is the half that keeps the whole feed sounding like a person rather than a channel.

One place holding both

Everything moves through the same tracker whether we cut it or you did, so nothing gets lost in the gap between the two. You can see every piece and exactly where it is at any moment.

The path up

As revenue starts arriving we raise the number we take off your hands. The target is 20 pieces a month, which is 5 a week entirely from us, and at that point your only job on the content side is to show up and film.

The Second Brain

One place the whole business lives.

The Business One place Ideation Script Film Post Edit Ideation Script Film Edit Post

Scroll to see the whole plan

Not a template. A workspace built around how this business actually runs, holding the content tracker, the email map and the offer library, and rewritten as the work changes.

The overwhelm you described is not a character flaw and it is not a sign that this is too much for you. It is what happens when a whole business is being held in one person's head. Every open loop, every half decided offer, every piece of content in an unknown state, every person who should have been emailed. Held in the head, all of it costs something all the time.

So we build somewhere else for it to live. A Notion workspace that becomes the operating system for the business, customized to you rather than pulled off a shelf, and updated as we go.

What sits inside it

The video tracker

Every piece moving through ideation, scripting, filming, editing and posting, with its state visible at a glance. Creative direction lives under each script, so if a piece needs a specific clip you write it there and our editors pull it. This is also where you and our social media manager talk to each other about a cut.

The email map

Every campaign and every sequence, what has gone out, what is written, what is next, and which list each one is speaking to. The whole email program readable on one screen.

The offer library

What you sell, what it costs, who it is for, what it promises, and where each one sits relative to the others. The place we do the offer thinking together instead of on calls that nobody writes down.

Whatever else it needs

This is the part that makes it yours. As the business grows the workspace grows with it, and any part of it can be rebuilt at any point. A system you can relax into rather than one more thing to maintain.

The Shape Of It

This one gets built together.

Our monthly starts at $3,000 and most engagements sign well above it. $2,000 is deliberate, and the honest thing to do is say plainly what it changes rather than let you find out later.

At this number you are not handing over a business and stepping away. Both of us have our hands on it. We build the systems, run the automations, produce the 8, write the campaigns and hold the structure. You film, you bring the ideas nobody else could have, you make the calls that are genuinely yours, and you edit the pieces we have taught you to edit. When something needs deciding we decide it together rather than guessing at what you would have wanted.

This is not a lesser version of the work. It is the version that reaches revenue fastest at the number that is right for you today, and every part of it is built to grow. The moment the money is coming in we revisit it, we take more off your plate, and the collaboration turns into something closer to us carrying the whole thing.

The Order

What happens, and in what order.

Timing matters more here than it does in most engagements, because you are inside a window that nobody can extend. The sequence below is built around getting the catch in place before the next piece travels rather than after.

Immediately, within 48 hours

The catch goes in

The full ManyChat flow built out, live, and pointed at a resource. Your Kit account created and your Stan contacts migrated across so the list finally sits somewhere it can be used. If the next piece travels, there is something underneath it.

From you: invite cole@outerpresence.com into ManyChat under settings and team members, create the Kit account and send me the login, and give me access to Stan.

The same week

The content engine starts

You go straight into the tracker and into direct contact with our social media manager. Send us one video and we come back with a rough draft, so the style gets tuned to you before we scale it rather than after 8 pieces have gone out in the wrong direction. Send any inspiration and any fonts you love and we will use them.

From you: a filming block. 10 to 15 pieces in one sitting is the sweet spot, and the studio in Fort Collins is exactly the right room for it.

The 30th through the 7th

I am off, the team is not

I am off all communication for that week. My team works straight through it, so editing continues, posting continues, and the automations stay live. Being upfront about it matters more to me than the week looking seamless.

On my return

The list gets asked

The first real campaign goes to the people already on it, most of whom have never been told what you offer. The first purpose built lead magnet ships. The offer work begins properly, and the Notion workspace gets stood up around all of it.

From you: a working session on the offers, and a read on the campaign before it sends.

Every month after

It compounds, or we change it

We watch what the numbers say and adjust rather than committing to a shape before anybody has walked through it. List growth, opt in rate, what each piece pulled, and the number that outranks all of them, which is how many people crossed from watching into buying.

From you: an honest read on what is working, and a decision each month on whether this keeps earning its place.

The Growth Retainer $2,000 One retainer · per month

ManyChat built and run, lead magnets designed, the full email program in Kit, offer development alongside you, 8 pieces of content a month, and the Notion system holding all of it.

Month to month. The work has to keep earning the next one, and the first goal is simple: make more than this costs.

Begin the Engagement

Where this goes from here

This number is a starting position, not a ceiling, and the growth is written into it. As revenue arrives we raise the volume we take off you, toward 20 pieces a month and 5 posts a week entirely from our side.

The brand work is the other half of what we do, and the logo, the brand kit and a fully custom website matter enormously for the longevity of this. They are simply not the priority right now. The priority is not fumbling this moment. Revenue first, and the brand gets built out of what it makes.

You are being handed a wave. Let's build what holds it.

Send the accesses over today and the automations are live before I leave. Everything else starts the moment you say yes.
